Returns policy

Because every door we make is cut, sprayed and finished to your exact measurements, bespoke items cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged or do not match the specification you ordered.

Damaged or faulty items: Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Stock items (handles, hinges, accessories): Returnable within 30 days, unused and in original packaging.
